yeah i was gonna go see peter green but wouldnt hace been able to face the fact that my favourite guitarist of all time is now just another mentalist.

i think its fair to say that clapton was the least talenetd member of cream. ginger baker was ether a genius or an idiot, either way a fantastic drummer.
clapton never had the feel of green, i would argue that in his better times, peter green was better than s.r.v, bb king etc, and way above hendrix. he seemed to aways be able to get fantastic tones aswell as having an incredible ear for what sounded right.
what about dave gilmour?

i think Clapton was all right in Cream, but his other stuff i'm not too keen on.
